Return policy
At Fortune Foamies, your happiness means everything to us! We take great pride in creating high-quality, handmade soaps and products that bring a little magic, surprise, and sparkle to your day.
Because our soaps are personal care items, we have to follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines, but we also want to make sure you have a wonderful experience shopping with us.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or opened soap or bath products. This includes any item that has been unwrapped, opened, or used in any way.
We only accept returns or exchanges for products that meet the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
If your item qualifies, please contact us at contact@fortunefoamies.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@fortunefoamies.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used soap and bath products
- Items not in their original condition
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
