Shipping policy

At Fortune Foamies, every order is carefully handmade, packaged with love, and shipped to bring a little extra joy to your day. Because each item is made and packed by hand, please allow time for processing before your order ships.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy periods, seasonal promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll notify you right away.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.

We currently ship within:

  • United States: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to soon!

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Unfortunately, we cannot control postal service delays once your package is in transit.

Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions! When active, these will be clearly displayed on our website or announced via our newsletter and social channels.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Fortune Foamies on their journey to you.

If your tracking number doesn’t update within a few days, please reach out to us at contact@fortunefoamies.com, and we’ll help you check the status.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears missing, please:

  1. Double-check your delivery address and any alternate delivery locations (such as neighbors or building offices).
  2. Contact your local post office for assistance.

If your package is confirmed lost before delivery, please contact us at contact@fortunefoamies.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We’re unable to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@fortunefoamies.com, and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@fortunefoamies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
